化工院宋国胜教授为肿瘤精准治疗提供“可视化”技术

近日,AG百家乐官网宋国胜教授报道了一种新型化学发光(CL)成像和化学动力学治疗(CDT)体系。发现锰氧化物能够代替光能激发半导体聚合物产生CL。同时锰氧化物与半导体聚合物组成纳米体系后,能大大提高单线态氧产量,实现更高效的肿瘤治疗效果,并能通过化学发光实时监测治疗过程。该研究论文对1O2和化学发光产生的机理做了详细的研究和解释,为构建新型高效的化学发光和化学动力学治疗体系提供了新思路。相关研究成果发表在Cell子刊 《Chem》上。宋国胜教授为该论文的通讯作者。值的一提的是,该论文的主要研究工作由硕士研究生二年级陆畅同学完成。论文的第一作者陆畅已经顺利通过硕博连读考核,于今年九月份继续在湖南大学攻读博士学位。
